I mean...really? A volunteer fire fighter got arrested for being drunk, and going out in a public park where children play and exposing himself to people. In the end he was asked why he was dressed like this...he was on his way to a gay bar to win a contest with a prize of $10,000. Um...I don't think he would have won. This man is TORN up.
