Oh...no, it is just Haylie Duff. You know, I don't know why people think that Haylie Duff is so unattractive. Sure she looks like the hybrid mix of a pony and a jackass, but damnit a little work could take care of those problem areas of hers. Like a nose job, and maybe shaving a couple inches off that Leno-esque chin of hers. OH, and maybe fracturing and reshaping her skull so her face doesn't look so elongated, and the horse teeth...how about we shave those down and glue on some lovely veneers. While we are at it, throw in an experienced stylist who is used to working with young ladies like her. Beauty doesn't come without some pain and suffering these days Hayles.

Oh and FYI hun, the over-the-shoulder look works for every single other actress in Hollywood who isn't you. Okay? This particular pose only accentuates your flawed snout and draws attention to your problem area, aka your face.
I mean really...where would Haylie be if Hilary weren't a "star"? She would probably be shoveling scoops at the local B&R or maybe even mixin up some shakes at Jamba Juice. Who knows?
